The Edge Online program provides something for all functional fitness enthusiasts. Whether you are looking for premier CrossFit programming, a comprehensive strength cycle, or all out cardiovascular and high intensity interval training workouts to build your engine, we've got you covered.
This amount of high level training programs offered to you at a low monthly rate, you won't get bored anytime soon. Our programs have and continue to produce the fittest athletes in our local area as well insane body transformations from our partnered nutrition business “The Body Biz.”
Unlike many programs you'll see online, our team of elite coaches actually do the programs they write, day in and day out. Each one of our programs is written by a coach who specializes in their specific area of training and is executing the program themselves. This part of what makes our training so good, and so effective. We feel it and live it everyday.
Another great feature of our program is if you travel into town or are local, a subscription to Edge online and access to the workouts we do at CrossFit Grandview gets you a free in person drop-in once a month.
All Levels
The All-Level class is our signature CrossFit based training program. Utilizing our signature blend of weightlifting, interval training, and body weight movements. This class will take your fitness to the next level by increasing your strength while keeping your conditioning peaked.
Level #2
Our Level #2 CrossFit Games programming is biased toward movements that are used more heavily in competition, particularly Olympic Weightlifting, and technically challenging gymnastic movements such as muscle ups and handstand push-ups. The WOD’s in this program are also designed to reflect the intensity of competition.
We designed this program to make our top athletes better CrossFitters. Athletes who participate in this program will be prepared for what they will encounter in the Open, Sanctional Qualifiers and the Games.
Workouts are programmed Monday- Friday on the weekends the program meshes without All-Level Program base works and extra accessory work is provided.
Power Hour
If you’ve been looking to dramatically increase your strength and build muscle, look no further. This advanced class uses the Westside Conjugate System, which constantly rotates new exercises and utilizes a combination of Max and Dynamic effort days to evolve your strength at all speeds!
Monday – Max Effort Lower (lower volume, high intensity)
Wednesday – Max Effort Upper (lower volume, high intensity)
Friday – Dynamic Effort Lower (higher volume, moderate intensity)
Saturday – Dynamic Effort Upper (higher volume, moderate intensity)

Are you looking to carve a lean, athletic physique? We’ve got you covered! This program delivers an intense yet safe strength and conditioning in an oversaturated cardio only focused market. REV isn’t just a one off “class” but a complete training program backed by years of training experience. With REV we have developed a focused, and progressive group training program that embodies – effective, safe movements, with training sessions that allow you to define your own intensity.
Olympic Weightlifting
This program will allow all levels of athletes to progress steadily and set new PRs on their snatch and clean & jerk.
This Program is the official program of the CrossFit Grandview Weightlifting club. Each cycle runs in 6-week blocks and the third workout of every week is CrossFit Grandview’s 6:30 pm Olympic weightlifting class on Thursdays.
